Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and SDB UK Developments Ltd (company no. 12747873, registered office Kincraigie, Over Ross Street, Ross-On-Wye, United Kingdom, HR9 7AU), the operator of Vanta Football. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

1. Accounts and eligibility

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must create or approve your account and accepts these terms on your behalf.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. The service

Vanta Football provides player profiles, AI coaching through VIA, training plans, performance tracking, player cards and reports, and coach or club management tools. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may add, change or remove features to improve the platform.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with the difference charged on a pro-rata basis.
• Except where the law gives you a refund right, payments for periods already started are non-refundable.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change applies to your renewal.
• Seat and team limits apply to coach, club and enterprise plans. Reaching a limit blocks new links or teams but does not remove existing ones.

4. AI-generated content

VIA, training plans, drills and reports are generated with AI and are for guidance only. They are not medical, physiotherapy, nutritional or professional scouting advice. Always train within your ability, warm up properly, and consult a qualified professional about injury, health or medical concerns. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a coach or adult before being relied on.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload, including photos and profile information. You grant us a licence to host and process it so we can provide the service. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including any photo of a child for whom you hold parental responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security or access other users' data.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or images of others without permission.
• Do not resell, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
• Do not use automated systems to generate excessive AI requests.

7. Coaches, clubs and affiliates

Coach and club accounts may only link to players who, or whose parent or guardian, have approved the link. Clubs are responsible for their own use of player data. Affiliate commissions are paid on qualifying subscriptions only, and we may withhold commission on fraudulent, self-referred or refunded orders.

8. Intellectual property

Vanta Football, VIA, the platform software, designs and branding remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service stops and data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: support@vantafootball.com.
